We are native to this area and my daughter was really wanting to celebrate her 13th birthday at a hotel w pool. Mrs Chyrelle/ Shay/ Kelby went above and beyond to make sure we had and amazing stay… staff was super friendly on the phone and held up to that standard in person. Our room was clean and very roomy. Kitchenette, dining room, two bed, 3 if you include sofa couch, 2 TVs stove refrigerator pots pans plates and bowls. I can’t say enough how well our stay went. Even the kids bragged on the great service. We will surely be back‼

DJ at the front desk was super amazing very knowledgeable and great at her job! The hotel itself needs some work but they do have a sign that says renovations are coming soon. Bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The only downside to this place is the breakfast was absolutely terrible even the orange juice tasted bad had to go get breakfast elsewhere

Service i received in front desk by Kelby she was very sweet and helpful at all times! I would love to see this type of service everywhere will definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful stay! Shae was incredibly helpful in arranging a renovated room for us, which gave us plenty of space and made our visit extra comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Miranda went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thanks to both of them, my birthday trip was absolutely perfect. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

I have been staying at the hotel for almost a month while my apartment is being renovated. me and my kids have had a great experience. The breakfast is decent and there is plenty to choose from. The pool is great! It's clean and opened everyday from 10-10. The room is spacious and clean. I love that there is a good sized refrigerator and a 2 burner stove top oh and a dishwasher. There are only 2 things I have found at the hotel that I have not really liked and that is the laundry room which only has one washing machine that works and 2 dryers that work even though there are 3 of each, and the gym which is very small and extremely hot (so hot its nearly impossible to stay and work out for a good period of time) This is the only reason I took a star off. The star of the hotel is the staff!!! They are so great!!! The are always happy and bubbly and always ready to help you when you need anything!!!

I spend about 60% of my life in hotels. This is an older hotel but has been well kept and has been updated. Trust me I've stayed in some older hotels and not by choice. This hotel is in a good location for beach goers. I really enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay again when travels take me that way. I'd like to mention the wonderful lady that works in the evenings, her name is Claudia. When she see us she would ask how's our stay. She was very helpful during the stay and pleasant, we need more guest service agents like her.

Perfect location for Surfside Beach and still around a bunch of restaurants/retail. Rooms are currently being renovated and my family of 5 stayed in one of the newly renovated 2 Queen studios. Room was spacious with a sitting area, full size fridge and the capabilities of cooking in room. Community amenities such as the pool and outdoor sitting area was amazing. I would consider this hotel again the next time I'm in the LJ area. Breakfast changes it seems. First day there was quiches for instance and the next day there was biscuits and gravy.
